Terms of use
Effective 19 September 2026
These terms cover the arkhelion.ai website and the early access list. By using the site or reserving, you agree to them. The Arkhelion Mac app is not publicly released yet and will come with its own terms.
Who you are dealing with
Arkhelion is not a registered company yet. It is run by its founder, Brock VomSteeg, in Southern California. When these terms say "I" or "Arkhelion", they mean him. When a company is formed, these terms will name it.
Who may use this
You must be 18 or older to reserve.
This is not medical advice
Arkhelion is a general wellness product. It helps you keep your own history in one place and notice patterns in it.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a medical device. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Don't use it in place of a doctor, and don't start, stop or change a treatment because of it.
If you think you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
The early access list
- Reserving is free. I only ask for your email.
- Reserving does not guarantee an invitation, and I don't promise a date.
- I may change, pause or close the list at any time.
- You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.
The founding price
The site shows $480 a year for the Founding Hundred: the first one hundred members.
Nothing is charged today, and this site takes no card details. Before I charge anyone, you will see separate purchase terms covering billing, renewal, cancelling and refunds, and you will have to agree to them first. The price shown today is not an offer you can accept on this site, and it may change before anything is sold.
What you may not do
- Sign up someone else without their permission.
- Use bots or scripts to sign up or to flood the forms or the visit counter.
- Try to break into, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Copy the site to pass it off as your own.
- Use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.
If you do, I may remove you from the list.
Who owns what
The words, design and name "Arkhelion" on this site belong to me. The photographs are licensed. You may read, share links to and quote small parts of the site; please ask before copying large parts.
Anything you send me stays yours. If you send an idea or feedback, I may use it without paying you.
Your privacy
How I handle your email is set out in the privacy policy and the consumer health data policy.
No promises about the site
The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate and working, but I can't promise it will always be available, free of errors or up to date. Links to other websites are for your convenience; I don't control those sites.
Limits on what I owe you
The site and the list are free. So, as far as the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from using the site, and if I am found responsible for anything, the most I owe you is $100.
Some places do not allow these limits; if you live in one, they apply only as far as your law allows. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law says cannot be limited.
Which law applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of California, in the United States. If you live somewhere with consumer protections of its own, you keep them.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms and will change the date at the top. For a big change, I will email the list first.
If part of this is invalid
If a court says one part of these terms does not work, the rest still applies.
